Darkness once again descends upon the Kingdom of Ellechim. A darkness that escapes when an ambitious sorceress experiments with a powerful magic she doesn't understand. While preparing to marry Nakira Karvina, Luthias Blackridge struggles against another profound darkness. One threatening to overwhelm and devour his soul while a whispering voice and hauntingly dark visions causes him to lose touch with reality. Struggling to maintain his sanity against the inner turmoil, Luthias battles the demon's dark magic, chaos, and growing dark army. His most powerful ally may just be something he's fought to suppress his own life. His dark magic. Mysterious voice whispering in the wind. Shadowy visions distorting his reality. Darkness spreading across the kingdom and within his mind. A demon attacking citizens, using them as traps. Will Luthias's inner darkness assume control over him, or will he embrace the darkness using it to his advantage? To defeat this darkness, Luthias and his crew need to discover what the victims have in common. Why were they chosen? How are they connected? The mysterious voice warns Luthias that he may have to betray his moral values to keep the darkness from devouring everything and everyone he loves.
