“Shaping Reality: Logosynthesis® and the Courage to Create” is a transformative guide that shows you how to activate and focus the power of words in your life. This new volume in the “Logosynthesis Live” series invites you to access your creative potential as you explore and reshape your current reality.
This book is for you if you are suffering from the stress of an unsatisfying professional or private life: You feel ashamed, guilty, anxious, bored, or irritated. You're unfulfilled, disconnected from what and who you really are; you're convinced that there's more to life than this, only you don't know how to move forward.
Also read this if you've experienced a life-altering event: You lost someone close to you, you were fired, you received a diagnosis, you're in financial trouble, or you faced something deeply disturbing. Life suddenly changed in ways you did not want or expect. You're shaken, and you don't know what to do. In such a situation, recovery is much more than processing grief, more than moving house, and more than reinventing yourself: “There are times when you can easily connect to your true nature and recognize that you are more than a mind and a body surviving in civilization. At other times, you are struggling to keep up with your 'to do' list, or you are overwhelmed by how pedantic the Matrix is." (p.32) The three sections of Shaping Reality will guide you towards a deeper understanding. Part I introduces you to the concept of yourself on the interface of Essence and the Matrix. Step-by-step, you will discover your mission and learn to express it in a powerful statement. You will then be guided in releasing long-held energetic limitations that prevent you from living your purpose.
Part II introduces the container principle, illustrating how people grow within the boundaries of families, relationships, schools, and organizations. It addresses the art of balancing roles, navigating transitions, and identifying how and why a container may fail. Each transition contains a Void that makes moving on difficult: "Leaving a protective cocoon rarely leads to immediate safety. Venturing into the unknown, the Void, can evoke intense emotions-loneliness, shame, guilt, nostalgia, grief, confusion, fear, relief, hope, curiosity, or sheer joy. (...) You need courage to navigate and overcome as you journey towards your next destination." (p.18) Part III introduces the new Move On program. A step-by-step guide for directly engaging with your Essence while processing issues that arise in the Matrix. It offers stunning guidance through the complexities of the Void, facilitating new awareness, different choices, and achieving results that are not limited by your mind or existing situation.
This book is not a manual; it's a journey through the human condition. It's a rich reservoir of questions, thoughts, stories, metaphors, techniques, and solutions on your life's path. The book is accessible to both professionals and non-professionals alike.
Willem Lammers and Raya Williams present a practical, supportive guide to overcoming frozen patterns in relationships, workplaces, and physical or financial challenges. “Shaping Reality” is a testimonial to the transformative power of words and the human spirit's ability to transcend limitations.
