What if all your convictions were called into question? A delusional schizophrenic reports a conspiracy, and nobody believed him. But when he is found murdered in a secure psychiatric ward, his psychiatrist, Dr. Joseph Duncan is forced to confront that question, along with all that he once believed. A Christian Nationalist senator campaigns for the Whitehouse. A terrorist bombing destroys a mission church and orphanage. A false and malicious tip to a disgraced reporter destroys his best friend's career. What could all these things have in common? Can Dr Joseph Duncan reclaim his life? Or will he lose it, along with the future of our country. An intense exploration of right and wrong, perfect for fans of Michael Creighton or John Grisham.
