Seasoned with Sage is a compilation of reflections from a seasoned executive. The title is a play on words seasoned, synonymous with experience, and sage, synonymous with wisdom. It was written to plant a seed of inspiration, affirmation, motivation, direction, and encouragement to the busy leader. The audience is anyone leading or planning to join the leadership ranks for the experienced or inexperienced leader. Its goal is to serve as their desktop book with tacit wisdom provoking thought, ideas, or pause to recollect with the right sage for the moment. The bonus: the lessons are useful in life as well.
