Sam's New Shoes

Sam needs some shoes, and he really loves his choices. Readers watch as Sam looks through all the colors that he can get them in as he decides what he wants. Books of the Neighborhood Readers Program build early literacy skills, introduce important content-area language, and help develop speaking and writing skills. They can be integrated into any existing language arts or core reading programs.
