The book covers the entire spectrum of human development. From generating perfect health on all levels to the supreme evolution of consciousness. The philosophy clearly reveals the ultimate purpose of life - the destruction of the mind to reveal infinite awareness. All the Buddhas have just one message, "Destroy the Mind" to reveal the absolute TAO. In other words, release self consciousness from the food body and be a Buddha in the empty realm of absolute emptiness.
