Award-winning short story writer Patricia Frame returns with a series of heartfelt vignettes about a retired teacher who marches to beat of her own drum. Having retired from decades of teaching, Rose is looking for a new beginning. After moving into the Parkview Retirement Home, she wonders if she's made a mistake as most of the residents have trouble keeping up with her quick wit, sharp tongue and care-free spirit. But marching to the beat of her own drum and always donning the perfect hat for every occasion, Rose builds a new life. Whether contending with nosy neighbors and ever watchful staff members or making loyal friends, Rose proves you are never too old for adventure. Through a series of short stories, Frame illustrates how age is only a number through her daring protagonist with a heart of gold. Humorous and relatable, Rose Did It will have adults and seniors in stitches.
