"Resilience: A Moment to Reflect, Restore, and Renew" is the second installment in a three-part memoir series by Dr. Sheirra Marci. As a follow up to "Perseverance: A Reflection of Pain, Passion, and Purpose," this memoir reflects on her journey to conquer her home, financial, relationship, family and friendship tests. Resilience is the ability to recover quickly from challenges, difficulties, and tough times. This book conveys just how Dr. Sheirra Marci handled each obstacle she met, and teaches readers how they can do it too. Each chapter describes a different test. The home test demonstrates countless difficulties she faced living in an apartment community and renting private homes from non-responsive landlords. The financial test recalls some of the most candid financial challenges Dr. Sheirra Marci encountered, including the credit card trap that ensnares millions of Americans. The relationship, family and friendship tests reflect on genuine experiences with cherished individuals, including women who became sisters. Take this journey with Dr. Sheirra Marci as she shares transparent life experiences while navigating this thing called life! Dive in and embrace the authenticity she conveys in this memoir. If "Perseverance" left you wanting an encore, "Resilience" will, perhaps, challenge you to restore fragile relationships, renew strong friendships, and get your house in order.
