In REMEDY, An Intimate Collection of Poetry, Philisophies and the Prose and Cons of Healing, Mariana Vassallo paints her life through poetry with all the messiness of it's beautiful intimacies and tragedies. She captures the past eight years of her journey to find a balance between accommodating the traditional idea of what a woman should be and her own interpretation, while battling her mind and body in the search for self-love.
