First performed at the Royal Court Theatre, London, in 2010, Brett Neveu's breakthrough play explores the creeping onset of middle age in a group of people increasingly disillusioned by the American Dream. Five friends gather in ritual homage at an annual motocross championship in southern Michigan, but times have changed. Greg has always ridden with speed and style, but this year he brings his pregnant wife instead of his bike. As they relive past glories, the haze of beer and smoke can't disguise the fading of their friendship.
