A book that challenges us to trust in ourselves and develop a relationship with the source of inner wisdom and guidance that we all carry within us. Reclaiming Ourselves offers the understanding of how we become disconnected and out of touch with this source of Inner Wisdom. It looks at the energy therapies and self help techniques to reconnect with this source and facilitate our own healing. It explores self empowerment as we bring ourselves back into a position of choice in our lives. It offers help to develop a sense of understanding and compassion for ourselves as we come to understand that our symptoms of physical disease are often emotions and stresses in our lives that we have denied.
