Imagine a world with Rascal's rules. This hilarious talking cat captures your imagination and heart by allowing you to see life through his eyes. Rascal manipulates humans to get what he wants through mischief. The only rule that applies is to "go for it.".
In the end, a family's love is all that is required. The result is laughter, humility, and a deeper compassion for all things furry.
