Realizing Effective Spiritual Triumphs, "R.E.S.T," is the first in a new series of resource books offering spiritual guidance for you to grow your relationship with God as you begin tapping into your spiritual connection with him. "R.E.S.T" is an after-action reaction of reflections that seals the peace you obtain and grow through in dealing with life's relationships, changes, and challenges that cause you to either "R.E.S.T" or Deny Important Evidence, "DIE," that could promote your healing. R.E.S.T is:
1. Realizing the essence of your situation and how "IT" (Identifiable Triumph) does not control you,
2. Effective guidance through the word of God,
3. Spiritual-allowing the spirit of God to dwell inside you as a guiding light, and
4. Triumphs-celebrating that the giant is defeated, and you are still alive to tell the story!
R.E.S.T will assist you in revealing areas of your life where your air traffic controller, meaning you, dictate whether you fly, flutter, or flop through a situation based on your point of reference associated with the situation. R.E.S.T will identify those areas in your life where you willingly and boldly decide to do the work to be a better person. Dr. Square-Smith exposes how her journey through being a broken spirit affected her soul and mind producing truths via the lens of her own reality, perceptions, perspectives, and blessings. She chose not to DIE in the experience. Therefore, she invites you to take this journey, look deeply at yourself to begin the work, invite God into your life, and allow God to show you how to R.E.S.T.
