After the devastation of World War III, the world is controlled by Genius, an organization that hides dark secrets and forbidden experiments under the guise of peace. One of them is Project K.I.D.S., whose failures have transformed people into cannibalistic zombies. Albert Barich, son of a top leader of Genius, discovers the truth behind the organization while trying to survive in the slums of Ciutat Castell.
