Pretty from the Back

I wanted to write poetry to express my hidden fears, my love for family and friends, and to show me growing as a woman of color. My perspective of life has made my poetry joyful with laughter and with life disillusion to have an inner strength about love loss, love gain, love hurt and how to love each other opens the door for everyone to walk in enjoy.
