I won't ever stop believing in my tomorrows
Even while making rhymes of my yesterday's
Remembering all the tears and the sorrows
Thinking about what the wise ones had to say

When love is gone, and all that's left is a tear
"No", can be the saddest sound you'll ever hear
Might be time to keep moving on to tomorrow
Traveling on south to the shores of Old Mexico

I will dance with the magnificent Mexican ladies
Taking siestas with the dreams of pretty faces
The plan is to build new memories that will last
Living good times beyond the sorrows passed
