Thank you, God, for poetry For lines molded, refined like afternoon tea
Thank you God for stanza and rhyme For order and depth and beauty sublime So begins this distinct collection of poetry, exploring universal themes of faith, dreams, nature, truth and beauty, love, and self-discovery. Lyrical and imaginative, these poems take the reader through a vibrant field of sunflowers, into the simple silence of a pebble, and within the fanciful dreams of nature. Discover the sound of the color of white, feel the loneliness of Jesus, and see the world through the kaleidoscope eyes of a child with autism. The author sculpts words with texture and rhyme to create poems at once eloquent, intimate, and accessible.
