Management philosophy is one of the ways we perceive leaders. This book will illustrate my experience in business management and my style for the past twenty years as a CEO and president of Obasun Com, GTE, Cellular One, and WorldCom (MCI). Our practices, as well as principles, including external events, shape our philosophy. Leadership learns to change naturally over time by changing our philosophy of management during the current time.
