"I wish someone had told me that earlier...."After hearing this phrase over and over from Senior Pastor/Lead Pastors as he works with their churches in the Pastor Smart Succession Process, Dave Travis decided to write down the accumulated wisdom from his 30-year career serving long-serving pastors for those in the prime of their careers. Every pastor wants to leave a rich legacy of people, leaders, and transformation at their church. But they also have personal needs and desires to fulfill for their own family and tight relationships. This new book, targeted at mid-career pastors, helps pastors do that. It helps you think about your legacy season. Designed to be read in one sitting, there are 10 quick, short chapters, to stimulate your thinking and lead you to take action by actively designing your Pastor Legacy Life Plan.™ It is a companion book to the Pastor Legacy Life Plan Process™ created to coach pastors and their families to plan for their productive legacy season of life.
