Out and Back is comprised of 14 poems and 11 short essays. The work moves between verse and prose, and between the outer world of experience and the interior personal journey of gratitude and meaning-making. A mix of philosophical musing, social and environmental commentary, and spiritual reflection, the book interweaves themes of the natural world, global inequities, and the mysteries and obligations of human consciousness. 60 pages
