What if you could ask for the world by asking for one desire? What if God pays more attention to a prayer asking for one thing than a prayer that resembles a grocery list? What if it's okay to pray for just one thing and to let go of praying for the entirety of the world's woes? What if asking for just one desire can be freeing; one desire for the moment, for the day, for the week or for any amount of time?
