"SECOND CHANCE AT SURVIVAL...AND LOVE. Since the death of his mother, Zack Adamos has been lost. After being ambushed by outlaws, he re-discovers his family. His mother, Gamma of the pack, and his half-brother, Arthur. He was treated as though he were a member of the family. Zack, though, for something more.Samantha Lykos has been holding out for the person she can proudly refer to as her partner. How disappointing, though, was it to learn that Zack, the pack's Omega, was her mate? He didn't deserve to be around an Ultima. She therefore turned him down.Samantha Lykos had no idea that what she had done had driven the Omega insane and forced him to hide in the shadows of the Paphos woodland, where poachers and hunters were waiting to strike. The leaders of the pack were also concerned about him.Can she come to terms with the fact that her mate was more than just an Omega when she had to take action? Or will she find beneath Omega the jewel that makes her regret turning Zack down before getting to know him?"
