Each summer, Grandma makes the best homemade jams and jellies with the help of her granddaughter and her granddaughter's two friends. The three girls help Grandma weed the garden, pick the fruits and berries, then help her make and sell her delicious delights at a roadside stand.
But one summer, the girls get into a jam when they borrow Grandma's big spoon to dig for buried treasure and lose it. This is the special spoon Grandma uses to stir the fruit for the jams and jellies. Will the girls find it? What will Grandma do if they can't find it?
In this sequel to her first book, A Dead Rat for Thanksgiving? A Story of Family Traditions and One Big Surprise!, author Angela Childs teaches lessons in cooperation, honesty, and love that are appropriate for any age.
