Dagger and the Ghost Legion have been put through hell on their march north to the tower of the forgotten. All Dagger can think about is how much he hates magic and is forced to confront it head on now. The magical blade is gone leaving him vulnerable but he may not be as vulnerable to magic as he thinks anymore. The real horrors have only begun. This is their life, nobody said killing was easy.
