His early years since birth were surrounded by instability and family issues, as well as his struggles throughout childhood, which was filled with pain and hardships. As Anthony grew older, he learned that strength is a personal attribute, whether he stays up throughout the night in the trading pit or studies for hours to get his engineering license. In this honest and passionate memoir, Anthony comes to understand what he has experienced through loss, love, and redemption. He tells how running offered a way out of the worst of it, leading to marathons and ultra racing at his physical and psychological edge. All that time, he was able to gather a great group of friends, restore important connections with the people he met, and even fall in love at the right place and the right time. No Regrets is a testament to the power of resilience and the human spirit's capacity to overcome. With raw honesty and a touch of humor, Anthony invites readers to walk alongside him through the defining moments of his life, reminding us all to embrace challenges, cherish the people who matter, and never stop reaching the finish line. Anthony Tado's story is a powerful reminder that when life knocks you down, it's not about the fall-it's about how you rise.
