You may think going Keto means abandoning your favorite culinary guilty pleasures, but Chef Michael is here to prove you wrong with his innovative twists on home-cooking classics and other indulgent dishes that are guaranteed to become new favorites. Chef Michael knows firsthand the benefits of the diet—he lost more than 80 pounds in one year after going keto, giving him personal authenticity on the subject, which is backed by his renowned cooking skills.

Or if you're in the mood to try something new, why not try his Pickle-Brined Fried Chicken with a generous helping of Braised Collard Greens with Pancetta? And for dessert-lovers, Michael includes takes on classic flavors—see his Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie or Chocolate Espresso Fudge Brownie—as well as fun new recipes you'll be eager to try. His Cinnamon Roll Cheesecake Bites and Lavender & Thyme Shortbread Cookies are just as decadent, all while still being Keto friendly.
With this exciting collection of stick-to-your-ribs favorites, it's easier than ever to enjoy the benefits of the healthy Keto lifestyle.
