It's bedtime after a rough day, and the last thing Mera wants is to be alone in the dark. Reflecting on her dad's nightly refrain-"Be sure of this, and always know-Jesus is with you. You are never alone!"-leads Mera into a humorous and tender conversation with God as she learns what it means to rest in Jesus's loving presence.
