My Mind Struggles by Cannon Stiffler is a deeply personal and reflective journey into the quiet chaos of the human mind. Through raw, introspective storytelling, this book explores what it feels like to live inside anxiety, detachment, and overwhelming thought-where reality can feel unfamiliar, and even ordinary moments become heavy with internal noise.
This is not a clinical breakdown or a neatly packaged recovery story. Instead, it is an honest unfolding of experience: the fear, the confusion, the self-awareness, and the slow realization that healing is not about becoming someone who never struggles, but learning how to keep going while you still do. It captures the in-between space where nothing looks visibly wrong on the outside, but everything feels different on the inside.
Across its chapters, Cannon reflects on the shift from being consumed by every internal sensation to gradually learning how to respond differently-to notice without spiraling, to feel without disappearing, and to continue without needing everything to be fully resolved first. It is a story about endurance, awareness, and the quiet strength it takes to stay present inside your own life when your mind doesn't always feel steady.
Honest, intimate, and deeply human, My Mind Struggles speaks to anyone who has ever felt overwhelmed by their own thoughts and wondered if they were alone in it. At its core, it is a reminder that struggle does not erase identity-and that even in uncertainty, you are still here, still becoming, still moving forward.
