About
When God rescued Phil Cheale from rebellion, failure, and a wasted life, he didn't realise the journey that God was about to set him on. Years later the author would stand before leaders of nations, pastor congregations, and even with the outbreak of civil wars in West Africa, he made regular visits to Liberia and Sierra Leone to assist his African colleagues with aid for refugees fleeing from barbaric rebels. Through it all - he learnt how to trust in God. Regardless of danger, he travelled jungle trails, often engaging with army personnel, politicians, and rebels in support of those who were suffering. His only protection was the abiding Peace of God. This story reveals how God called, trained, equipped, led, provided, and protected Phil and his family every step of an incredible and often dangerous journey. This book will encourage you to face the challenges and dangers of life as you learn to trust God.
