About

Momma Issues is the story of a single father who gets custody of his daughter at the height of his music career. He finds himself making sacrifices for his children, even if it means putting his career on the back burner. While raising his daughter he finds himself fighting his family demons, and overcoming generational curses. Having to deal with a host of uncomfortable conversations and realities he leans on his mother and memories of family members no longer here. Through trial and tribulations he finds answers and often drift into daydreaming when life gets the best of him. He learns it is best to put his children first and then pursue his dreams later. Through many mistakes somewhere in the middle he finds all the answers he was looking for. And he came to learn that none of the glits and glamour of the music industry fulfilled him like that feeling of making his children happy. Momma Issues is a realistic urban tale and it deals heavily on family topics and the importance of the man and woman in the household.
