Ataria: Mission High School follows a highly advanced military android-designation MK-VII ATARIA-engineered for black-ops infiltration, combat, and data extraction. During a covert mission in Vladivostok, Ataria is ambushed by a rogue intelligence faction known as Janus. A devastating attack destroys much of her core memory and personality architecture, forcing her system into emergency mode.
When she reboots, she is no longer Ataria the weapon-but Toni Reid, a 15-year-old American girl with fabricated documents, fragmented memories, and no understanding of her true identity.
Evacuated to the United States and placed in foster care, Toni is thrust into the unfamiliar battlefield of suburban life and high school. While attempting to blend in, she struggles to reconcile her inhuman precision, strength, and analytical mind with the unpredictable, emotional nature of human behavior. Everyday situations-classrooms, friendships, social hierarchies-become complex systems she must decode to maintain her cover.
But her disguise is fragile.
