Miss Olmsted's Normandy Inn

The story of the Normandy Inn, its founder Katherine Olmsted, and the successive ownership over the subsequent years. The main building is a barn, built in the 1800s and this story chronicles the changes and additions from 1927-2023, as well as how the business weathered major U.S. historical events; the Great Depression and World War II. It also contains many interviews from area residents, prior owners, historical pictures, and even French cooking recipes!
