Some young women become filled with their own importance and ignore the importance of family and friends. They become impatient for the good things in life and scheme to obtain them in one way or another.
Sandy is one such woman. In her book Miska Valley, author Barbara Ashton introduces you to Sandy, a young woman blessed with beauty. She’s also a skilled conniver, having learned her mothers methods of manipulating her way through life. From the minute Sandy met Andrew, her sights were set on marrying him. Over the years, she manipulates her husband to get what she wants, including a new car, a house that is more than they can really afford, and bringing her mother to live with them to take care of their children. Sandy has everything she wants and without repercussions.
Or so she thinks. Over the years, her actions have not gone unnoticed. Visit Miska Valley and see how one family member sets out to make things right.
