Eva Schorle has circumnavigated our beautiful planet quite a few times in her lifetime. Her observations, experiences, and personal worldview inspired this educational adventure novel. The plot, centered on Aurél Kovács, Grand Master of the Rosicrucians of Tata, unfolds along multiple storylines. The story begins in Budapest, from where two Japanese researchers set out simultaneously to explore the shared Japanese-Hungarian past: Met, a young female archaeologist and the daughter of the gravely ill Benjamin Pataki, and Dávid Fenyvesi, a young architect and Benjamin's colleague. Their destination is Iran, an excavation site where mysterious archaeological finds are unearthed that do not fit at all into the framework of local historical customs and events. While sensational discoveries are made one after another, tragedies also unfold, and in Budapest, Benjamin Pataki's condition takes a turn for the worse. Will Dávid Fenyvesi succeed in his quest to save the life of his role model and mentor? Will the two Japanese researchers uncover the mystical common thread linking Japanese and Hungarian prehistory? Is it a coincidence that every thread leads to the mysterious crystal skulls? All will be revealed at the end of this exciting, twist-filled, and colorful story.
