Meia prays for divine intervention as she struggles to contain her emotions. She stares out the car window, comparing the changing scenery in each town to the recent drastic changes in her life. She can't help but think of her parents and the tragic accident that claimed their lives. Her heart fills with sadness, and tears stream down her face. She prays for the strength to once again say goodbye to someone she loves: her uncle Kevin, who is taking her to live with her aunt Dianna in Atlanta, Georgia. Meia's prayers do not go unanswered, but the answers she finds will test her faith. As Meia struggles to make sense of a world without her parents, she discovers secrets about her past that have been buried all her life. These revelations forever alter her relationship with her uncle, as Meia learns that many of her basic assumptions about her life and her family are false. Meia's Prayers Answered is a story about family, love, and deception. Join Meia on her search for the truth.
