Me and My Shadow, Bergman opens the door to a life shaped by abandonment, resilience, and a relentless search for belonging. Born into a turbulent family and raised in the shadow of the legendary filmmaker Ingmar Bergman, her childhood was anything but ordinary. From the earliest years she learned that love could disappear overnight, leaving behind wounds that would echo through the rest of her life.
This deeply personal memoir follows Anna's extraordinary journey from a fragile childhood in Sweden to the dazzling and unpredictable world of modelling, film, and television. She shares the truth behind the glamour, revealing the challenges, the temptations, and the moments of courage that shaped the woman she would become.
Along the way she encounters fame, complicated relationships, painful betrayals, and life changing decisions that test both her strength and her spirit.
Yet this story is far more than a tale of show business. It is a story of survival, transformation, and rediscovering joy after darkness. Through love, motherhood, creativity, and faith, Anna slowly finds her way out of the shadows that once defined her.
Honest, moving, and sometimes shocking, Me and My Shadow is a powerful memoir about the scars we carry, the choices we make, and the unexpected ways we learn to heal. It is a reminder that even after the darkest chapters, a new life can begin.
