Me-Shell

Me-Shell loved to swim and often dreamed of being a mermaid. Although she believed that mermaids were real, she never thought that she might be one. When she was a baby, she was found on a beach on the small island of Montserrat. Her friends thought that she was human because she had legs. On her sixteenth birthday, Me-Shell went swimming, disappeared under the water, and didn't come back. Her family and friends were afraid that she was gone forever, but they are in for a surprise.
