Makali'i is a little key who lives in a house in Hawaii with many other keys in a box. Every day, he watches all the larger keys open important things, and he is sad. He isn't sure what he is meant to open. Makali'i eventually discovers his task is the most important one of all.
A rhyming picture book for children, Makali'i the Littlest Key shares the message that it doesn't matter if you're big or small, we're all valuable and have a purpose in life.
