Love Letters is a collection of forty-four poems. A secular invitation to communal prayer, the poetry in this book celebrates, as Susan says, the usness of us, the indisputable and essential nature of our belonging to one another and to the earth. The poems are vital acts of peace-making and justice-seeking to be used for nothing less than the salvation of our species.
Loving letters, loving words, loving worlds and lines of poetry, loving earth and earthlings; eyes open, ears open, mind open and precise - .... How could any reader help but love you back?
-Rabbi Arthur Waskow, co-author of The Tent of Abraham.
