In a time and place where conformity meant safety, Gil fights to survive in 1985 Chattanooga, a city steeped in suspicion and silence. But when a secret box of desires threatens to shatter his carefully constructed life, he escapes to the electric chaos of Times Square. Reinventing himself as Mattie, he navigates a dangerous world of hustlers, heartache, and self-discovery. Amidst the neon lights and hidden alleyways, Mattie meets John, a street-smart hustler whose love forces him to choose between safety and authenticity. Loud Messy Perfect is a raw and emotionally charged story about queer love, reinvention, and the cost of becoming your true self in an unforgiving world. A gripping Times Square love story set in the heart of the 1980s.
