The song says What A Difference A Day Makes, 24 Little Hours… For Jared and Aimee, it starts with What A Difference 48 Hours Makes. Jared Avery, a charismatic Hollywood mega-star, and Aimee Carlos, a brilliant gamer with a penchant for anonymity. When their paths cross in London, their initial clash of worlds and personalities creates a whirlwind of emotions and possibilities. Jared, a man who thrives in the limelight, is at the peak of his career. Despite his wealth and fame, he remains remarkably grounded. Within his obligations, he has carved a way to find the quiet among the crazies. However, when he encounters Aimee, he is immediately captivated and unapologetically honest about his feelings. Jared knows what he wants, and that is to be with Aimee. On the other hand, Aimee revels in her quiet life behind the scenes at Streamline Games, where she applies her coding expertise to solve in-game challenges. Initially, she regards Jared with a mixture of scepticism and reluctance, seeking to maintain her cherished anonymity. However, Jared's persistent pursuit breaks down her defences, offering her a tantalizing glimpse of what their connection could become. As Aimee grapples with the idea of stepping out of her comfort zone, she must summon the courage to explore this blossoming attraction. And discover that sometimes, love has the power to bridge even the widest divides by taking a leap of faith.
