Like a Crown

This book details the process of rearing our son Joel, autistic
since birth. It contains many practical suggestions for parents,
teachers, and community leaders for how to deal with
children and adults diagnosed as autistic. The philosophies
and suggestions contained in these pages are based on the
trials, joys, successes, and failures along the pathway of parenting.
While the lens is through the eyes of a parent, much
of the information is applicable to educators, employers, and
people whose lives intersect with autism in some way.
