Reformed criminal, Lex Tennessee, lived a quiet law-abiding life-until a reckless "superhero" killed his wife. After the town's local hero, "The Cadet," vanquished all of the most dangerous villains, he grew bored. He was careless and lost the desire to protect innocent people. There was no one to put him in check until the day he killed Lex Tennessee's wife. Drunk with vengeance, Lex vowed to end The Cadet's career and avenge his wife's death.
