Cipher Inc the Saga's story is generational Black Market to business transition. This change, viewed as a natural reaction to conscious awakened by philosophical morality. Its focus is urge, rage, and, the seriousness of a need for change. Consider for instance, an unwanted scar, regret, or, an urgent need for clear sub-conscious. Further, realization that mistakes lead to problems; and, problems take time to repair.
The Boliviano name goes back thousands of years. Our excitement, Kiernan's journey through this transition, from negative Black Market to United States thriving, progressive business. Kiernan learns to make the transition… in the Cipher Inc., Saga. This is Lesson One.
