Multiply Your Options, Multiply Your Value, in the Age of AI.
The world of work is being disrupted. The old promise of security through one job, one employer, and one path no longer holds. Most people are stuck trading time for money-overworked, underpaid, and struggling as pay stagnates and costs rise. Meanwhile, millions of jobs are being automated by AI.
Whether you're searching for your first job, planning a career change, or launching a side hustle, this game‑changing book shows you how to design a career that works for you-not the other way around.
The Assets Ladder is a practical, step-by-step career development playbook. Instead of relying solely on employers, you'll learn how to build career assets that grow over time and move toward financial freedom.
Think: digital products, intellectual property, startup equity, collaborative ventures, and a personal brand that builds your reputation and reach.
Inside, you'll learn how to:
- Plan multiple career moves with visual frameworks and planning tools
- Launch income‑generating side projects without quitting your job
- Build a powerful personal brand that unlocks opportunities
- Get strategic with tools, scorecards, templates, and AI prompts
- Collaborate with others to succeed faster and multiply your value
