Lead With HEART is not a textbook. It's a trusted guide. It's the kind of book that doesn't just sit on a shelf. It needs to sit on your desk, get dog-eared, scribbled in, and returned to again and again when you need to remember what outstanding leadership really looks like. Because let's be honest: leading people is never easy, rarely convenient, and always personal. This book is built around five simple but powerful traits: Honesty, Enthusiasm, Accountability, Resilience, and Trust. These aren't abstract ideals. They're battle-tested behaviours that Lindy has modelled for decades and ones that will help you lead not just with skill, but with soul.
