Your story may be that you have experienced the sort of traumas and abuses which would knock most people on the ground. Maybe you have gone through relationships, yet the pain of those relationships have brought on bitterness, resentment and lack of love and intimacy. Sexually abused at the age of five, experienced teen pregnancy, marriage and divorce while carrying the pain of her past, Denise understands walking in those painful shoes of hurt and coming to a discovery of knowing God. From childhood sexual abuse to experiencing hurt from religion and breaking free from the burden of pleasing men, God took Denise on a journey through her own wilderness - a place where He brought her dead dreams back to life. Now Denise shares her life's epiphanies, God-learned lessons, relationship mistakes, and restored promises with other women who are going through the hurt and pain of the past and lack the faith to believe that their lives hold value. She will uncover the traps of sin and shame which stem from sexual abuse, how to choose to believe in God and yourself, discovering your true essence from God, and the faith it takes to walk in the light of God's promises to you.
