And you'll never know how it feels until you're one of the last of the real...
Since before she was old enough to talk Keyshawn McCoy understood that she was to have no ties to the King family or any of their associates. Hidden from the underground world of drugs and violence, the youngest McCoy lived a life of bliss; protected by a seemingly ironclad shield of McCoy soldiers as a high profile event planner in Philadelphia. That is until her perfect world collides with Simone Grear's-girlfriend and soon to be mother of Brett King's child. Brett's new family (the youngest and most promising member of the King clan) forces Keyshawn into unchartered territory, letting her know she is in for a troubling time. As she is given a proposition to either insert herself into an age-old war amongst families or to have her world flipped upside down, Keyshawn toils over whether to live up to her family name and fight or to betray those she's sworn to love and protect.
