Keeping Christ is an invitation to apply the perfect and influential life of Christ to our own lives through entertaining and simple stories, insights and exercises. Just as Jesus taught in parables to inspire people to come to their own understanding of the eternal truths of God, Wylene Benson uses the highly effective method of storytelling to help us identify discrepancies in our own lives that draw us away from walking with Christ every day. A busy life is not indicative of an effective life. Christ's life was unhurried, yet infinitely effective. The message of Keeping Christ is to slow down, walk at Christ's pace according to God's will as He did. All truth points to Christ and the example He set for us on earth. It may seem overwhelming to follow Christ and become like Him. These 29 stories address all aspects of the human experience. If you will, as He invited all who heard His stories, have ears to hear, you can witness a profound change of heart and mind that will open heaven's portals of understanding of the wisdom of God. Then, with Christ as your Advocate, nothing shall be impossible to you.
