Ron Ancrum's life had been relatively normal, until his journey took an unexpected turn with unprecedented events. From cover to cover, and filled with critical life topics, especially applicable to those over the age of sixty, Keep On Moving is a memoir worth sharing!
While some sections are taken directly from journal entries written during the two years after Ron's third hospitalization, other sections offer insight on social issues while expertly reflecting the experiences of anyone living in their fourth quarter-aging, retirement, staying connected, and for those who like Ron, are living with a chronic health issue.
Sit back, enjoy the journey, and decide how you will Keep On Moving.
